Bowling Development Fund

This fund is to designed to continue the process established by The Baggott Benevolent Fund that was set up in Worcestershire over 60 years ago to assist bowlers in financial need.

There is sufficient money in the fund to consider grants at any time.

In these days of financial restraint the Fund Committee will do their utmost to favourably consider requests from any bowler or their family in this County who genuinely needs help.

The committee are particularly keen to assist young bowlers who find it difficult to pay for bowls, clothing and equipment to get them started in the game.

The committee will also consider applications from Disabled Bowlers with a view to making small grants for the provision of specialised equipment for their personal use.
